Halfway through our third year of the MIPS Quality Payment Program (QPP), the opportunities and challenges around meeting Federal guidelines and best practices utilizing Health Information Technology (HIT) continue to change and grow.  From Health Information Exchange (HIE) and true Interoperability to Alternative Payment Models (APMS), Telehealth, cost management, chronic care management and patient engagement, practices have a plethora of options, but often no expertise on how to execute on these "opportunities" effectively.
