Does your organization have employees?  Then 2021 has and will continue to present some unique personnel challenges.  Whether it is a new Biden-influenced agenda at the Department of Labor, issues surrounding a potential mandatory Covid-19 vaccine program or navigating increased sensitivity to workplace disputes, employers must remain proactive in trying to prevent lawsuits from former or current employees.  In this seminar, we will discuss the various issues that employers are facing and provide some tips that will reduce their exposure to employment claims.
